V0.9992 #10: Sky Spire, above the clouds
Floppa Odyssey's Sky Spire is now a real level: a stone spire rising out of a sea of clouds, with floating islands all around. Climb spiral steps, ride circling stones and updrafts, cross crumbling bridges and face the Storm Roc at the top. 16 Golden Shrimp to find.
What's in this build
- New level: Sky Spire. A tall stone spire above a sea of clouds, with floating islands around it.
- Climb the spiral steps, then hop between stones that circle the spire, ride updrafts and race up crumbling stones to the crown.
- Ride a gondola on the windmill up to its roof, and take the hot-air balloon to a rock nobody can jump to.
- Climb the lighthouse and ground-pound the switch to light the lamp. Hop across spinning bars over the clouds.
- Boss: the Storm Roc circles the crown, drops feathers and swoops at you. When it crash-lands, jump on its back.
- Plus a hidden room inside the spire, a ledge under the start island, cap-cloud hopping, lost kites, sky bells and gust rings.
- Also fixed: climbing ledges no longer pulls you through walls, slides can't be climbed by spamming jump, and falling now fades out, costs 10 coins and puts you back on safe ground.
- Also new: Retro mode (Settings, Game mode settings) shows Floppa Odyssey in 4:3 at a low retro resolution.
