V0.9995 #2: Decorate your home, house storage and new floors and wallpapers
Decorating your house now works like a real home designer: a Decorate menu with all your furniture, a house storage with 80 slots, and floors and wallpapers as items you can swap. Villagers now chat in your language too.
Your home
- Press L (or the Decorate button) inside your house to open the Decorate menu: every decoration from your backpack and your house storage, sorted into Furniture, Floors and Wallpaper, with quick-pick keys 1 to 9.
- Pick a piece to place it on the grid. The Move / Store tool picks up the piece in front of you to move it or put it away.
- House storage with 80 slots: move things between your backpack and storage, or store everything at once. Furniture you pick up inside goes straight into storage.
- Floors and wallpapers are items now. The wooden floor and striped wallpaper are applied from the start, and new ones (checker tiles, soft carpet, polka dots, sage paint) come as blueprints from the Tinkerer. Swapping puts the old one back into storage.
- The old pin board on the wall is gone.
Villagers
- Villager speech bubbles, reactions, Blood Eclipse warnings and almost everything the Mentor says are now translated into all 20 languages.
