V0.9995 #6: Skateboard fakie and reverts, ragdoll falls, shared sofas and a living fireplace
Skate backwards and spin around with reverts, fall off for real with ragdoll physics, sit next to a friend on sofas and benches and scoot along them, plus a rebuilt fireplace, lounger and hammock and a much bigger Testing World.
Skateboard
- The board, the riding poses and the push fit the new character models.
- Ride fakie: press S from a standstill to push off backwards, and W brakes while you roll backwards.
- Revert: press R (pad X) to spin 180 degrees and keep your speed.
- The long help popup is gone: a small controls card shows instead, and the prompt hides while you ride.
- Bailing now throws you off with ragdoll physics.
Ragdoll
- Your character falls, tumbles and lands with real physics, then gets up by itself or when you press Jump.
Sitting
- New sitting pose that matches the new character models.
- Sofas, benches and the hammock have two spots, so two players can sit side by side.
- Press A or D to scoot to the other spot with a little hop; scooting past the end gets you up.
- When every spot is taken, a message says so.
Furniture and your home
- The fireplace is solid now, with a real flickering fire and light that you switch on and off.
- Rebuilt beach lounger and hammock, plus a garden gnome.
- New round door knobs, a gabled porch roof and a wall lantern outside your home.
- Unequip now really puts your held item away and says "No last equipped item" when there is none.
- A held jump pad stays upright at your side.
Testing World
- The ground is made of real blocks you can landscape, at any level.
- Ready-to-ride skateboards at the skate park, and the rare fishing spots moved out of it.
- Enter your own home, sit on furniture and place things for free; display homes show every home level with a sign above.
- The map shows sand and stone, and the world has a proper edge.
- Unlockall there is only temporary and doesn't unlock achievements.
